We value your feedback and are committed to continuously improving the quality of services available to survivors and communities across Indiana. Your input helps ICADV identify trends, inform training and technical assistance, support quality assurance efforts, and strengthen Abuse Intervention Programs (AIP).  

Please note that ICADV does not directly operate or oversee local domestic violence programs, and we cannot require programs to take specific actions or resolve individual concerns. However, the information you share may be used to improve training, technical assistance, and quality assurance efforts across our network. 

For feedback regarding a certified Abuse Intervention Program (AIP), the information you provide may also be considered as part of ICADV’s certification and quality assurance processes to help ensure certified programs are meeting established standards. 

If your feedback relates to the experience of a specific client, ICADV is generally unable to review or address those concerns unless the individual contacts us directly and signs a Release of Information (ROI) authorizing us to discuss their situation. This helps protect confidentiality and ensures we have permission to communicate about their experience.
