Understanding Protective and No Contact Orders

June 4 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

This training will discuss two stay-away orders in Indiana: Civil Protective Orders and Criminal No Contact Orders. These orders can be life-saving measures for survivors of intimate partner violence and their families. In this training service providers who work with survivors or their family members will learn more about what each order can provide, how to obtain them, and more. Interested participants should have some familiarity with the dynamics of intimate partner violence to have the best training experience. You can find more information about ICADV trainings at icadvinc.org/events/ or by visiting our webinar archive.
DCS Family Case Managers and ICADV members (Organizational, Partner, and Individual Levels) can attend this training for free as an included benefit – to find out if you qualify or receive your promo code please contact Nicole Blackburn at nblackburn@icadvinc.org.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation for their records, and to submit as documentation of meeting the training requirement upon completion of the webinar.
