We are seeking to fill a full time position to coordinate the state’s Domestic Violence Coordinated Entry Bonus Project. This position will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, communicating, and evaluating the coordinated entry process for domestic violence statewide. The coordinator will be required to work collaboratively with the Balance of State coordinated entry system to integrate domestic violence CE into the overall BOS CE. Coordinator will be expected to provide technical assistance to local program, assist in the development of policies, and assessment tools, conduct and or organize training, and track data quality.
A successful candidate for this position must have a solid understanding of domestic violence, homelessness, and housing first strategies. The individual must be able to work in a team environment and manage multiple program initiatives. The Coalition is seeking a candidate with skills necessary to perform data analysis on data collected during the project and provide technical assistance to project partners. A successful candidate will also have advanced communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management, staff, external clients, partners, and diverse backgrounds. This position will require statewide travel.
